Maitri Patel, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine and aesthetics physician at Prudent MD in Iselin, New Jersey. Dr. Patal received her medical training at the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in Vadodara, India, at the Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center in Plainfield, and the Robertwood Johnson Medical Center in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Dr. Patel is certified in laser hair removal, Botox®, dermal fillers, micro-needling, PRP (platelet rich plasma treatment), IV therapies and other cosmetic treatments. She has special interest in alternative therapies and continues to learn. She has helped many using such alternative therapies. She has served for many years as an adult medicine physician at the Plainfield Community Health Center in Plainfield, New Jersey, the Tuberculosis Clinic of Union Counties in Elizabeth, New Jersey, and many other urgent care centers throughout New Jersey. She also worked as a supervising physician for cardiac emergencies and nuclear cardiac stress tests before founding Prudent MD. Dr. Patel is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Anneta Golubchik MD is a Board Certified Infectious Disease and Internal Medicine physician.
She brings years of experience in performing in–hospital consultations and assessment of patients in outpatient settings related to conditions secondary to multi–drug resistant organisms, HIV, hospital–aquired infections, device–related infections, post operative infections, infections in patients with immunodeficiencies. Dr. Golubchik has treated patients with acute and chronic wounds secondary to burns, diabetes, vascular insufficiencies as well as a diverse population of indigent patients in urgent, scheduled primary care settings and TB clinic.
Dr. Golubchik has been honored with Intern of the Year Peers Award, Excellence in–training Award, and Maxwell Finland Award for Excellence in Research. She has several publications to her name.

Jessica Benjamin PA-C

Jessica Benjamin is a board certified Physician Assistant. Jessica completed her B.A. at Rutgers University, double majoring in Biological Sciences and Psychology. She went on to PA school and completed her Masters in Public Health at Lock Haven University. Prior to PA school she was an EMT for 6 years and volunteered her time at her local Fire/Ambulance company.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling and hanging out with her friends and family. She enjoys watching football and baseball and is a NY Giants and NY Yankees fan. Jessica speaks English and Gujarati. She understands Hindi and Kutchi.
Shreya Mahajan PA-C

Shreya Mahajan is a board-certified Physician Assistant dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She completed her B.A. in Biological Sciences at Rutgers University and her M.S. in Physician Assistant Studies at Stony Brook University.
Prior to becoming a PA, Shreya spent time as an EMT, physical therapy aide, and medical assistant in an urgent care setting. These experiences, combined with her training, inspired her passion for building relationships with her patients and working with them to support their long-term well-being.
Outside of medicine, Shreya enjoys reading, visiting new coffee shops, and spending time with family and friends. She speaks English and Hindi, and she also understands Punjabi.
